The Opportunity The Campaign Manager will join the global marketing team to drive pipeline and revenue for EMEA working closely with regional field marketing, sales teams, product marketing and global counterparts and will create and execute highly targeted integrated demand generation marketing programs across a range of channels such as email, webinars, search, social and content syndication with the sole purpose to drive opportunities and bookings. This will include the coordination of targeting, planning, strategy, execution, campaign analysis, business insights, demand gen mix, cross-team collaboration, virtual team leadership, executive reviews, and scorecard & budget management. The ideal candidate for this position is either Marketo or Eloqua certified and will have prior experience in B2B software or SaaS with hands-on demand generation experience, advanced Marketo experience, excellent writing skills, technical proficiency to quickly learn new software tools, obsessive attention to detail, and proven abilities to excel and over-achieve at every step of the way. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with field marketing and global campaigns team to create the EMEA go to market plan to assist Sales in achieving pipeline and revenue targets. * Develop and execute actionable campaign plans that can scale across field, partner and customer, with a clear focus on quality execution and campaign outcomes that lead to opportunities. * Deliver a weekly pipeline forecast, measure and analyse impact of programs on sales cycles with monthly dashboards and demonstrate campaign progress and region success. * Analyse the lead flow success rate and make real time program adjustments to accelerate win rates across the funnel. * Act as an extension of the sales team though ongoing partnership with the SDRs (Sales Development Rep) regional sales VP's and account executives. * Analyze data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness * Create and execute account based marketing plans to bring target accounts into the funnel. Work closely with global and regional field marketing teams to translate, build and execute integrated programs that meet campaign objectives and revenue goals Must-Have Experience/Skills/Attributes: * Must be either Marketo or Eloqua certified * Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a focus on B2B Demand Generation, Digital Marketing Programs, Marketing Operations, Email Marketing or Product Marketing * Advanced user of Marketo and Salesforce or related systems * High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude * Deep understanding of marketing automation strategies and testing methodologies * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyse program effectiveness * Proven success building B2B marketing funnels, scaling profitable demand, optimizing lead handoff processes, and exceeding ROI targets * Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing promotional copy for email, landing pages, banners, online ads, and similar assets.
