A long standing property services and development company is looking to expand its offerings and is putting together a dynamic building and maintenance division. Projects will consist of the rapid turnaround of medium-sized construction works £250k to £500k. They are looking for a site manager to work alongside our existing project managers in overseeing the construction of their existing development stock, projects for our clients and assisting with property maintenance. This is an exciting permanent position for the right candidate. In this role you will be responsible for the whole site, looking after their direct labour force and all sub-contractors, you will also be in charge of ordering materials and liaising with consultants and customers. You will be looking after each project from start to finish, making sure they come in on time, to specification and on budget. You will also play a key role in the overseeing and management of maintenance works. This is an ideal opportunity for a Site Manager with strong leadership skills who can demonstrate experience with running sites and working to a strict schedule. All sites in South & West London £35,000-£42,000 + Progression + Generous performance linked bonus Requirements; - Site manager experience, on residential projects £250k to £1m - Must be good man management skills - Good professional appearance and communication skills. - Residential construction background - Stable periods of employment with past employers (minimum 2 years with each) Freelancers will not be considered for this opportunity - CSCS card - First Aid
