This well-established business within the Cloud Computing sector, is looking for an experienced, talented and proactive Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, upsell and cross-sell to existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The Role: - Serve as the point of contact for customer account management matters on your assigned portfolio - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed - Organise and attend meetings with your clients - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement - Processing of new sales enquires Key Skills - Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or Junior Account Manager - The ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work to deadlines - Competency with Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel) - Ideally, experience working with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot) but not essential. This is a full time, permanent role, based in their Croydon office, and therefore the candidate will need to be in commutable distance.
