A Sales Executive is required to join a specialist provider of executive education in capital markets offering public courses in London, Frankfurt, New York and Singapore. Their headquarters are near Tower Bridge in Central London. They concentrate exclusively on capital markets, offering individuals and companies, a unique and expert teaching resource that combines theoretical understanding with practical experience. The Job In the role of Telesales Executive, the successful candidate will: - Identify and profile leads based on marketing data for the EMEA market - Analyse & organise leads - B2B calling - Consultative sales - Meet individual and company targets by generating revenue - Generate business from existing clients and open new accounts - Develop a good working knowledge of the programmes being sold - Fully understand and observe the brand guidelines and ethos - Be part of a small team reporting to the head of sales desk in London The Person Applicants should have the following: - A strong academic background in Finance/Economics - Telesales experience preferred. Masters or MBA degree is a plus. - Strong & fluent communication skills (written and verbal) - The ability to grasp new information, methods and procedures quickly - Strong attention to detail - A methodical approach to work - A keen interest in finance & banking industry - Experience in training, event management and conference industry ideal - A high degree of motivation and a positive self-image Office Systems The candidate will need to be IT literate and able to use the following computer programmes with some training on Goldmine if necessary: - Microsoft Office - Word & Excel - Web browser - Goldmine CRM Benefits and Salary - Basic £20,000 pa + commission (30K OTE) - Consultative sales training with their experienced senior programme advisors - Training in capital markets including the opportunity to attend their public courses - Use of gym and sauna facilities in the office building
