Display & Paid Social Executive - London - £28KWe are working with a major fashion brand, who are currently looking for an Display & Paid Social Executive to work as part of their Online Marketing team in Central London. Your role will be to buy media on the core social and display platforms through a direct relationship with agencies and our PMD platforms. Main Responsibilities:The Display & Paid Social Executive will be expected to undertake the following: Staying up to date with all the developments in social media/display advertising and the leading PMD platformsTo develop and build strong relationships with the major platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.)Plan and organise all seasonal launch, promotional and weekly campaignsManaging the large budget over multiple countries and media ownersBuild, set up and deliver campaigns for Facebook, Twitter and any new platformsOptimisation and budget management on spend and campaign performance metricsDelivering post-campaign analysis using both the media reports and the analytics solutionsTesting new formats and new ways of buying media - pushing forward the paid social or display buying strategy delivering continuous improvementUnderstand social media buying and display opportunities over international bordersUnderstand the mix of paid, earned, owned media and inform when and where it is appropriate to promote content through each channelTo develop an internal strategy for display advertisingEstablishing a list of important media owners and maintain relationships to ensure that we always get the best ratesRaising POs and handling invoices to ensure payments are made in a timely manner Personal Traits: Analytical and numerateAbility to create long term plans and a head for innovationGood working knowledge of CRM principles and activityYou embrace the ever changing social media and display environmentPassion for social and the display landscapeAn eye for detail and meticulous by natureAbility to compile and write reports that demonstrate strong writing skills and the ability - to communicate clear, concise insights and recommendationsBe able to fully comprehend and work within business constraints and strategiesAdept at presenting data graphically for a non-technical audienceAbility to focus on key conversion issues that have a material effect on performanceAbility to interact with technical teams, marketing teams, project managers and internal clients Requirements: Educated to degree levelStrong planning skillsUnderstanding of international social mediaStrong Excel skills - Ability to merge data from a multiple sources and formats into data acceptable for analysisHigh attention to detail and quality of workHigh energy - looking to learn and help make improvements and drive changeAbility to work under tight timelines and quick turnaround Preferable: Experience in display advertisingKnowledge of programmatic/RTB display buyingExperience in the fashion industryEuropean Languages
