Head of HR Programme Management 12 month maternity cover. We are currently searching for a Head of HR Programme Management for a Tier 1 Investment Bank in Canary Wharf. This is a 12 month maternity cover. Primary Responsibilities Partner with global counterparts to agree the global programme management agenda where synergies exist and ensure vendor relations are continuously reviewed for greatest return on investment and success Determine the annual EMEA firmwide and division specific programme management agenda and budget in partnership with the business, Coverage and Campus Recruiting leads Ensure that the programme management strategy is aligned to the Firm's talent management goals and stay abreast of firm wide talent initiatives relevant to the functionResponsible for measuring the success and ROI of all programmes and programme management related initiatives as well as manage their own budget and track actual spendIn partnership with the business and HR Coverage monitor retention from Analyst to and including Associate and identify enhancements to our continuing development programmes Design and deliver our Full time and intern (Analyst and MBA) induction days in the summer In conjunction with Campus Recruitment, design and execute the programme related activity for the Spring Insight class In partnership with HR Coverage and Firm Management, manage the high-potential Associate talent programmes, including rotations and global synergies, where applicable Devise and manage the annual keep-warm calendar and on boarding strategy for the region's intern and Full time Analysts and Associates, in partnership with the campus recruiting leads and the programme management lead in New York and Hong Kong Responsible for all vendor management related to entry level programme management and execution including annual vendor reviews and changes where necessary to ensure our programmes are best in class and current Review the annual engagement survey data, specific to Analysts and Associates to ensure the team is kept abreast of this population's priorities and concerns Devise a successful and robust support framework to help managers with the ongoing management and development of their entry level talent post initial entry level programme training. Take general generational insights into account to ensure our programmes are competitive In partnership with the business and HR Coverage, agree, design and run the Associate Promotion Celebration Training Programme for Revenue clients Responsible for programme content (new and refresh) in partnership with key contacts in the business, Talent Management and vendors Support the attraction efforts of campus recruiting during season by means of designing and executing innovative and current, topical skills sessions on campus Oversee the involvement of line representatives in the delivery of programme sessions, ensuring the most adequate resources are deployed to deliver our entry level programmes Actively build and maintain client relationships across the different businesses Programme Management supports and regularly engage and communicate with them to keep them informed on our programme management strategy and day to day output Partner with the Head of Diversity to diversity-proof our entry level training and ongoing development programmes ensuring we have streams in place that support junior female talent and those with non-finance degree backgrounds throughout their career Job Profile This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Analyst and Associate programme management across our EMEA Revenue and Infrastructure (Treasury, Risk Management, Finance and Operations) divisions. However, by nature of programme locations, the main focus will be the Institutional Securities Group (IBD, GCM, Fixed Income, Equities and Research). They will partner with key sponsors in the business, HR Coverage, Talent Management and Campus Recruiting leads on the design and implementation of the annual entry-level training programmes and continuing education curriculum for Analysts and Associates as well as Spring, Summer and MBA Interns. This individual will also partner with Firm Management on the design and delivery of our various high-potential Associate talent programmes.To ensure global synergies and consistencies they will regularly check-in with Programme Management in North America and Asia. Working with the appropriate vendors, they will provide strategic leadership in all aspects of entry level programme management (including on-boarding) and direct a team of four Programme Managers and coordinators in the successful planning and execution of all programmes in the region.
