Marketing and Communications Manager - Head of Communications A Head of Communications is required by a global services business, to help drive their digital strategy and brand messaging across all channels. Key Job Responsibilities for this position include: Driving the digital marketing and content strategy (website, social media, communications, brand, PR etc) Advising and maximising the performance of online brand campaigns Analysing campaigns and providing insight to key stakeholders Guiding marketing best practice and driving forward lead generation Ensuring that email marketing/CRM is optimised for engagement and retention purposes Aligning the brand across all global markets Required Qualifications and Experience: Running PR and Marketing campaigns including corporate events Strong stakeholder management skills to push forward marketing An innovative mindset and the ability to look for opportunities that will benefit the business Proven experience leading a digital marketing team Analytical skills and the ability to drive performance through insight First-hand experience of content marketing, SEO, CRM and social media The ideal candidate will have high energy, initiative, drive and motivation along with a creative ability.
