Office Administrator (French speaking) We currently have an opportunity for a French speaking Office Administrator to join our Team in our London office. Duties: Contract Management General Office Management Mail Management Credit Control for French clients Follow up on credit card and travel expenses and account them on the accounting system Assist in Marketing/Social media related tasks Assist French Teams with administrative tasks IT Issues for the staff members Resolve primary issues on Front Office system and Back Office system and assist with any queries Manage phone lines and issues by liaising with the support desk Follow up with suppliers and manage supplier contracts Your profile: Fluent French speaker (both verbal and written)Quick learner, proactive and a multi-tasker Pays attention to detail Experience in Office Management or Contract/Compliance Management is a plus Experience in the Recruitment industry is a plus If you're interested in this position, please reply with your most recent CV in Word format for immediate interview!
