Role: Payroll ManagerLocation: West LondonSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 (1 Years FTC)IntaPeople are working with a Multi-National Travel technology brand who due to maternity cover are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager for maternity cover (at least a year). The successful candidate will manage end to end payroll procedures & processes. Serve as a back-up for the payroll specialist to support payroll submission, mentor and support the performance & development of the payroll and benefits specialist.Main Responsibilities: Payroll Management; Manage the end to end payroll process. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and validation, resolving any payroll errors. Monitor monthly payroll accuracy and reporting to reward manager. Review and sign off payroll procedures manual, ensuring it is kept up to date. Responsible for overseeing accurate benefits administration through payroll. Supervise, mentor and support the performance & development of the payroll and benefits specialist. Benefits; Responsible for overseeing accurate and timely benefits and salary sacrifice benefits administration through payroll. Cross checking SMP annual free shares eligibility and delivery and accurate payroll processing for tax deductions. Supporting the accuracy and relevance of benefits materials on the internal HR system. Raise reward team PR's and authorise invoices related to payroll items such as payslips, childcare vouchers, cycle to work. Request authorisation from Reward manager on other invoices.
