You'll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting the service centre. As well as greeting our customers you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative tasks. It's all about giving BMW customers peace of mind.
We're looking for applicants who have experience in a customer centric role, including experience in telephone customer service. In addition, you will be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW products and services.
If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we'll give you the training to go as far as you can.
