My client, a unique and international arts and creative resource in London which offers Tours, Theatre and Education experiences are looking for a Retail Shop Manager to take responsibility for their retail outlet and gift shop at this iconic attraction.
As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Retail and be responsible for delivering client, customer and commercial excellence in your store. You will be the role model for exceptional service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and look to exceed targets year on year. You will be responsible for all operational duties within the store which include, but are not limited to; opening and closing the store, cash handling, health and safety checks and managing a team of shop assistants. Other duties include developing management responsibilities, such as the development of all team members. You will help drive and implement a strong Business Plan in line with the current marketing calendar for seasonal and commercial activities and take responsibility for driving stock and sales performance and help manage and coach the team to provide exceptional customer service, whilst maximising all sales opportunities.
