My client, a global supplier of products and services requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial Hands-On CRM manager to run their internal Salesforce.com application to over 1000+ users in the Europe.
As CRM Manager you will be responsible for defining and developing the Salesforce.com applications, so the Sales and Marketing team have a better understanding of their customers, their buying habits, and the reasons why they make the decisions that they do.
You will also be responsible for a small internal development team and will be expected to advise them of internal CRM projects and other business solutions across the marketing and sales departments.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
*24+ month Salesforce.com experience
*Technically Savvy around the Force.com Platform
*3+ years CRM Management experience
*Experience of CRM best practice
*Strong analytical background and problem solving skills
*Experience of advising on integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party systems
*Excellent communications skills
