You need to be able to demonstrate your skills in business development that transcend a structured cold call, as well as your ability to consistently deliver high calibre candidates in a competitive market.We want to see individuals who stand out from other recruiters, who are able to act on their own initiative, be front footed, proactive and self sufficient. You will be given training and support but you need to have the professional maturity to take ownership of your work and develop your desk into a successful and lucrative business.Additional InformationThe London office was set up in 2014, and has developed into a thriving division of our business, with turnover doubling in the last year and the team now outgrowing the premises.
