Technical Field Engineer, 35K, London A leading Microsoft Gold Partner headquartered in London are looking to add a Technical Engineer to their client facing team. Due to an influx of new clients, we are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to take ownership of several key accounts and provide 1st-3rd level support across a multitude of industries. You will be responsible for dianosing both software and hardware issues and act as an escalation point for internal teams. We are looking for somone with experience of the following; - Microsoft Server up to 2012r2/2016 and Windows 7-10 - Virtualisation (Hyper-V, Vmware) - Firewall/Stiches Above all we are looking for a confident individual who can take owenrship of a situtation and explain in technical and non-technical terms how a problem will be resolved. Whilst you will have the support of our wider team, you will be expected to be a self-starter, being able to use your own initiative and guide internal teams through problem resolution protocols. Due to the nature of the work carried out, you will posess a full clean driving licence and live or be able to commute into London as well as clients outside of London where necessary.
