Behaviour mentor required in Southall supporting students aged 11-16 with SEN needs\nBehaviour mentor role: 8:30am-4:30pm in Southall.\nPay: £120-£150 per dayRole responsibilities:\n\nBehaviour mentor allocated to one child with SEN needs (1:1 support)\nBehaviour mentor to build trust, consistency, and positive routines\nBehaviour mentor to support emotional regulation and behaviour management\nBehaviour mentor to encourage engagement in education and personal development\nBehaviour mentor to act as a positive role model\n\nWorking environments:\nSchools\nCommunity settings including youth centres, local libraries, community centres, and the child's homeIdeal behaviour mentor:\n\nPatient, resilient, and proactive\nPassionate about supporting young people\nComfortable working as a behaviour mentor across different settings\nCommitted to long-term impact and development
