\n - Lead IT service and business systems strategy, performance, and compliance within a GxP-regulated environment
\n - Act as the senior IT partner to site leadership, aligning digital capability with business priorities
\n - Own and prioritise the digital portfolio, ensuring investment aligns with strategic goals
\n - Provide executive oversight of programmes, managing risk, governance, and delivery outcomes
\n - Ensure systems are validated, audit-ready, and meet regulatory and operational requirements
\n - Drive business continuity planning and proactive risk management
\n - Lead vendor strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations
\n - Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
\n - Align regional IT governance with global standards and frameworks
\n - Support enterprise-wide digital and smart manufacturing initiatives

Profile
\n
A successful Business Systems Manager should have:

\n - Strong experience leading IT services and business systems in a regulated (GxP) environment
\n - Proven track record in system validation, change control, and data integrity
\n - Experience defining and executing IT strategy at site or regional level
\n - Background in digital transformation within operational or manufacturing environments
\n - Demonstrated leadership of teams, including coaching and capability development
\n - Strong vendor management and budget control experience
\n - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge IT and business functions
\n - Knowledge of IT service frameworks and governance (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile)
\n - Strong decision-making, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
\n - Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (certifications beneficial)
