Multi Trade Operative - Greenwich Area

Salary: £41,300 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join a leading contractor across the Greenwich area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing
\n
• Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
\n

Example of works

\n
• Hang new internal doors
\n
• Skirting, framing
\n
• Sanitary replacements including bath framework, boxing and bath panels.
\n
• Tiling
\n
• Taps overhaul and replacements.
\n
• Toilet overhauls - syphons, inlet valves etc.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering as core trade, additional skills welcomed
\n
• Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
\n
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
\n
• At least 2 work references will be required.
\n
• Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.
\n
