Property Manager

We’re working with an established and highly respected independent estate agency based in Hampstead, Northwest London. Known for delivering an exceptional, high-touch service to a discerning client base, they’re now looking to welcome an experienced and proactive Property Manager to their growing team.

The role is based in Hampstead, so candidates should be able to commute there comfortably and reliably.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
• Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes.
• Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
• Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
• Prepare and submit relevant financial reports.
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.

About you:

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in property management software.
• ARLA qualification (preferred).
• A thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
