Quantity Surveyor \nLocation: Cardiff \nDeliver Major Infrastructure Projects Across South Wales \nAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on highways and infrastructure schemes that make a real impact on local communities? \nA leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Cardiff team, supporting the delivery of highways, bridges and civil engineering projects across South Wales. \nWhat You'll Be Doing \nAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will: \n·Manage the commercial delivery of highways and infrastructure projects \n·Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts \n·Administer NEC contracts, including variations and compensation events \n·Produce CVRs and commercial reports \n·Support procurement and tender processes \n·Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities and contractors \n·Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities \nWhat You'll Need \n·Experience within highways or civil engineering projects \n·Strong NEC contract knowledge \n·Excellent communication and commercial skills \n·Experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management \n·Professional qualifications are desirable \nSalary & Benefits \n·Salary dependent on experience \n·Hybrid and flexible working \n·Structured career progression and Chartership support \n·Health and wellbeing benefits \n·Gym membership discounts \n·Long-term secured project pipeline \nInterested?
