Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Southampton. The business undertakes projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.\n\nAbout the role of Quantity Surveyor:\n\nAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued between £1m - £15m.\n\nKey Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:\n\nManage sub-contract procurement\nManage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations\nManage monthly valuations and liaise with the client\nDeal with final accounts \n\nKey Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:\n\nHave a HNC / construction related degree\nHave administered JCT form of contract\nMust have the full right to work in the UK\nMust live within commutable distance to Southampton \n\nWhat's on offer for this Quantity Surveyor position:\n\nSalary: Up to £70k\nCompany Car / Car Allowance\nExtensive Benefits Package\nSolid pipeline of work\nProgression opportunities \n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a great contractor with a solid pipeline of work and ample progression opportunities.
