The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and regulatory compliance of the service.
You will work closely with the Directors, Area Manager, Strategy & Compliance Manager, Branch Nurse and Care Coordination teams to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality care.
This role offers the opportunity to influence operational strategy, support business growth and play a key role in the future development of the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a confident and motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
EssentialPrevious experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Manager within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
Proven leadership and people management skills
Experience managing care services, compliance and operational performance
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
