SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted – Specialist Primary & Secondary Schools in Aylesbury

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work within specialist primary and secondary schools across Aylesbury.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing one-to-one and small group support

Assisting pupils with their learning and development

Supporting students with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs

Working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support

Providing personal care where required

Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working within SEN settings or a support-based role

A patient, caring, and proactive approach

Confidence supporting students with a variety of additional needs

Willingness to provide personal care when required

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed
