Fire Suppression / Sprinkler Engineer - London (Foot Mobile) - Up to £50,000 PAYE or £220 a day CIS + Package  About the Role We are recruiting a Fire Suppression / Sprinkler Engineer to support a high-end residential contract consisting of seven buildings, six of which are based in the Canary Wharf / Greenwich area and one is based in South West London. You will be responsible for PPM, reactive repairs, and specialist servicing on sprinkler systems, suppression equipment, and riser infrastructure across premium residential developments.\n\n Benefits & Working Hours\nSalary: £50,000 PAYE (depending on experience) or £220 a day CIS (depending on experience)\n\nHours: 07:30–17:00 Mon–Thurs, 07:30–16:00 Fridays\n\n£160 per month travel allowance\n\n24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)\n\nPrivate health insurance\n\nCompany vehicle (if applicable), uniform, tools & fuel card\n\nOpportunities for further training (Dry/Wet risers, specialist courses)\n\nKey Duties\nCarry out PPM on fire suppression and sprinkler systems\n\nPerform sprinkler flow switch servicing (flows & signals)\n\nService and maintain commercial sprinkler set systems\n\nConduct Dry and Wet riser servicing\n\nComplete all remedial works linked to sprinkler and riser systems\n\nRespond to reactive callouts across the residential estate\n\nMaintain accurate records, service sheets, and compliance documentation\n\nEnsure all work aligns with fire safety regulations and standards\n\nRequirements\nExperience with sprinkler systems (installation or maintenance)\n\nKnowledge of domestic and commercial sprinkler sets\n\nDry/Wet riser maintenance or installation experience (training may be provided)\n\nStrong understanding of fire suppression systems and safety compliance\n\nRelevant engineering trade qualification (Mechanical, Fire Systems or similar)\n\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nIf you are interested, please reach out to Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity
