Technology Project Manager

London (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

We’re partnering with a growing and forward-thinking Insurer in London that’s looking to hire an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business undergoing significant transformation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving projects across digital, systems, and infrastructure.

The Role

As a Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams, managing priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology projects across software, infrastructure, and business change
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and third parties
• Ensure projects follow governance frameworks and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technology / IT projects
• They are looking for candidates with high energy
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, fast-moving environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile) are a plus
